Hi All
Would someone please be kind enough to check the loads for the following flight?
CX135 HKG 19:10 MEL 06:25 (sat 27th Aug)
I've bought a Business Class Ticket and waitlisted on a companion ticket for my wife.
Thanks!

Hi everyone,
Am planning to visit a friend who's now studying in Australia but am hoping to save some $$ and redeem flights. As of now, it seems like I have to waitlist for both legs and was wondering if anyone could check the loads for me so I can gauge whether I should risk it and wait it out hoping that there'll be availability
CX103 HKG-CNS on Oct 14
CX104 MEL-HKG on Oct 23
Many thanks in advance!

14/10 S fare is available for S1 and at least V2 is available on https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_HK.html
23/10 N fares available
Difference is Expertflyer uses US POS, and https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_HK.html is HK POS (to access the HK POS data, you're going to need a professional travel agent with access to Travelport or other GDS)

Asia Miles redemption question
Dear all,
I'm planning to fly to Adelaide from Taipei via Hong Kong on Oct.8 and return on Oct. 16. The TPE-HKG/ ADL-HKG/ HKG-TPE legs has been confirmed but yet to be ticketed, the deadline is before Aug. 5th. However, I'm on waitlist for the HKG-ADL leg, I've waitlisted for both economy and PE class on Oct 8, and PE class on Oct. 9 on this route.
My question is, should I ticket the inbound leg before the expiry date and then wait for the waitlist on outbound leg to be cleared? Could anyone help me to check the loads for the following 2 flights? Thank you very much!
2016/OCT/08 - CX173 HKG 19:00 ADL 06:10 (+1)
2016/OCT/09 - CX173 HKG 19:00 ADL 06:10 (+1)
Also, is there anyone know that if October is peak season for Australia? It seems that almost no tickets are available in October.

8/10 J9 C4 D9 I1 W9 R9 E0 Y9 B9 H9 K9 M6 L0 V1 S0 N0 Q0 O0
9/10 J9 C9 D9 I6 W6 R4 E0 Y9 B9 H2 K9 M0 L0 V0 S0 N0 Q0 O0
EF load info is misleading tho - cathaypacific.com/hk is showing N is available on 8/10 (very few) and V is available on 9/10 (V2)

EF is certainly not a true indicator of loadings. There has been more than one instance where EF lists a fare class as "0", and yet I can still see the exact same fare class available on cx.com

For recent queries it's been quite misleading...I know it's not EF's fault - CX's playing a lot of POS games but I wounder is it meaningful to copy over EF US POS stats.

I've already ticketed the inbound flights, still being on the waitlist for the outbound flights on Oct 08 and Oct.09. Does anyone know that
will the chance of being cleared be higher when you hold an inbound ticket?
