Is it possible to access this lounge on a layover, but the next flight is in the morning on the following day? I'm looking at a LHR-JFK segment. The next segment begins at LGA though.

no not in that example. Bear in mind when you arrive you are segregated international arrivals and will end up landside and won’t be in the airside departures area where the lounges are.

Yes - the last time I took an early flight to LAX, the full bar was available before 8am to my surprise.

I'll already have my next boarding pass. Will I have to wait until the following day?

You need a same-day boarding pass for the same airport to go through a TSA security checkpoint.

A couple of new things. AA's website says Soho opens at 4:30 AM. True? Given what you said, I guess I'll be stuck landside if I fly AA141? That flight lands at 10:51 PM EDT. I'll be taking AA1 the next day. When can I go through TSA security? I'm guessing I'll probably have about 30 minutes in the lounge before I have to head to the gate?

What's the food like from about 4:30 AM to 5:15 AM?

I will have a similar connection the day after tomorrow, if I have a chance to get online I can report back about when one can enter security and lounge.

Oops! Are you planning to spend the night at JFK or a hotel? I don't have enough time to justify spending the money on a hotel.
