List of Lounges Currently OPEN to BA Passengers (open wiki for details)

This wiki includes details of open lounges accessible to premium (F/J or Gold/Silver) passengers travelling on BA operated services, either within the terminal BA depart from or accessible via airside transfer.

Other lounges may be accessible for passengers willing to transfer landside to other terminals or concourses, although this is generally not recommended due to time constraints as a result of needing to re-clear security. Additionally, some airports may offer pay-in lounges which are not otherwise accessible by BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently).

Most open lounges are operating with a limited food and beverage service, and other services may be unavailable or modified.

For opening hours, please check the oneworld lounge listing at https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location= which is now being regularly updated.

If your airport isn't listed below, this probably means there is no lounge available for BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently) - please check the oneworld listing for the most up-to-date information.

I’ve flown BA Comair a few times ex CPT & JNB and alcohol has always been restricted in the morning (pre 10.30 I think). Not sure if this is a local law thing or what

And I understand yours I'm not a CFO and don't pretend to be. That said, as someone who frankly seems like a key target right now for bringing in cash (a high-fare long haul business traveler who is actually traveling and buying high-fare long haul - and short-haul - business class tickets), BA's proposition is becoming less competitive and that may cost them the cash they desperately need. Sure, they are better than some out there - Alitalia for example - but behind a lot of the competition. Whether it is better to cut costs and risk alienating a high-revenue flier or the opposite, I don't know. But I know CFOs frequently are narrow minded in this area.

Just checked in at EDI. No lounge today but check in agent indicated they are being told July, dependent on government finally ending COVID restrictions. No date was given and whether it was Scottish (August) or English (July) government wasn’t clear. The July suggestion seems to indicate the English schedule.

Six flights from EDI today and two hours prior to departure there were 27 CE pac denied priority check in, priority security, lounge and priority boarding you have to wonder if BA are cashing in on fares and hoping pax forgive the COVID reasons which are no longer valid (finance excepted).

Yep, the product has been seriously watered down and it behoves BA to make this clearer during the booking process.

I came out of EDI last week on BA. KLM were announcing priority boarding throughout the boarding process. I fail to see why BA cannot reintroduce this part of the service.

What do you mean by denied priority check-in; was there a Club Europe line and people were sent back to the Euro Traveler line?

Because it prevents 180 pax traipsing passed row 1

this has not been a problem for the previous 100 odd years of BA in various identities. Why now?

There is only one line - all passengers this way and join the queue.

Well it doesn’t seem a problem on “other” airlines.
My flight also utilised steps for boarding from the rear those in the back.

Whilst I wouldn't want to be in 1C with 180 passengers traipsing past me, I see no such issue with 1A or 1F.

On my (quite full) flight yesterday morning, I decided to take my 1A seat whilst Rows 10-15 was being called. By the time I reached the plane, quite a few bags were already in the CE bins and I boarded to overhear the CC asking pax from Row 20 to not try to stow them above Row 1.

I hope priority boarding returns just before the pivot point where it becomes a regular occurrence where the CE bins are full before the CE pax board.

Of all the usual benefits we've lost during COVID this one bothers me the least. If boarding this way helps passengers feel safer then I understand why they continue to do this. Personally I'm happy either way. I've been in CE every flight I've taken during the pandemic so I'm always one of the last to board.
I'd rather they stopped making masks compulsory once everyone is settled into their seat as it's a bit of a farce as you can take your mask off when the food and drink arrives. In CE it's mask off when drinks arrive and mask on just before landing (or after if you get the plastic cup).

How odd, NCL had two queues advertised last month, though it wasn't enforced and everyone was using the Club queue.
