List of Lounges Currently OPEN to BA Passengers (open wiki for details)

This wiki includes details of open lounges accessible to premium (F/J or Gold/Silver) passengers travelling on BA operated services, either within the terminal BA depart from or accessible via airside transfer.

Other lounges may be accessible for passengers willing to transfer landside to other terminals or concourses, although this is generally not recommended due to time constraints as a result of needing to re-clear security. Additionally, some airports may offer pay-in lounges which are not otherwise accessible by BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently).

Most open lounges are operating with a limited food and beverage service, and other services may be unavailable or modified.

For opening hours, please check the oneworld lounge listing at https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location= which is now being regularly updated.

If your airport isn't listed below, this probably means there is no lounge available for BA premium passengers (either temporarily or permanently) - please check the oneworld listing for the most up-to-date information.

Seems odd there seems to be no plan particularly as the number of flights has increased significantly recently.
Theres been a culling of some domestic rotations for July over the last couple of days.

From gate level in T5B, it appears as though the Galleries Club lounge has received some new furniture in preparation for re-opening at some point. I hope the carpet has also been replaced, as it was the original from when the lounge opened in 2009!

Apologies if this has been asked already but what is the current state of Galleries South? Is it open all day? Anyone happen to have a recent breakfast menu? Thank you!

If BA are going to offer a full alcohol service later in the day, it seems rather puritanical and moralistic to restrict breakfast drinks to those deemed ‘suitable’.

Let people make their own decisions.

Surprised at this as the few flights flying between LON seem full (at least the ones I’ve taken), and you would think it would be relatively easy to open both the GLA and EDI lounges as per their spacious set up! Hopefully July will seem them reopened.

I think the problem is BA have recently gone back in to cost limitation mode as you may have seen with the reporting a week ago of putting managers on furlough. Basically anything which costs money and doesn't generate immediate revenue is vetoed atm.

Which is quite short sited given that failing to spend money may cost money. When evaluating routes with multiple options - lounges, catering, and even boarding procedures (whether back to normal or not) - are factoring into the decision.

I understand your argument, but if you are in a business which has been losing significant amounts of money for well over a year, and there seems no end in sight with summer travel looking increasingly unlikely, what is your priority? Investing for the future or guarding your cash pile as best you can to allow you to survive until travel picks up?
