Is the one tray service still scheduled to be ending during this summer? Or is it a date which keeps getting pushed back?

I am also travelling LHR-YYZ next week. How can I find out if the menu is this beef cheeks/chicken pie/Korma concoction? Faced with this I would too go KSML. However the one that includes Atlantic Salmon would be fine. Pre-pandemic we knew what was on the menu and could even (shock horror) choose pre-flight. Other airlines are re-introducing this, how come not BA (no need to answer!)

Current offerings on the day flight JFK to LHR (BA 178).
Didn't bother to take photos, however the pepper/avocado wrap was quite tasty but enhanced to half a wrap.

Ba16 syd > lhr

Menu and pics from BA16 departing on 11/06. I didn’t have the lamb wrap light meal but the beef was far better than it looked. It fell apart and didn’t need a knife to cut it, flavoursome and moist.

Breakfast coming in to LHR (no menu pic, sorry) The omelette was over cooked but everything else was good. Other option was pancakes which the wife had and was not impressed with.

Side comment on the crew; both outbound and inbound legs the crew that got on at SIN were more helpful and happier than the other legs.

Is this the SYD-SIN leg or the SIN to LHR leg?

The beef was on the SYD > SIN leg. The breakfast was on the SIN > LHR leg.

Thats what I thought - I guess the OP aggregated one meal from each into the post.

That’s right. Apologies, I should have made that more clear. I didn’t fancy eating very late at night so skipped some meals.
