Based on my previous post, and some searching on google flights, I'm estimating the following service entry dates for the first 5 club suite frames:

Frame 1 (AES) - 09/10/2019 *already in service
Frame 2 (IIG) - 12/12/2019
Frame 3 (IIF / IIH) - 13/01/2020
Frame 4 (IIF / IIH) - 27/01/2020
Frame 5 (IIJ / IIK) - 13/02/2020

If anyone has official info on this then do correct me. This is only my best guess!

What are the chances that the LHR - Buenos Aires route will have the new Club Suites by this time next year?

Very low. BA are planning to keep 4-5 of the 777s with the ancient 2006 vintage Club World product at LHR, only refurbishing them with suites from Aug 2020-Aug 2021. Most likely they'll be flying to/from BKK/EZE/GCM as today. See my post here for the gory details: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/31696406-post775.html
I had my 26 hour dose of Club on -YMMR and -YMMS this week and I can't say it was great. The guy next to me (same guy on both flights!) usually flies Virgin and he and his friends were (loudly) appalled by the BA hard product - tough to blame them.

I found great MAD-PVG BA J deal, and i'd jump on it but i couldn't find information if BA use 773 or 772 for LHR-PVG route? Obviously, hope that i'll ride in a refurbished 777 bird

What sort of first class are we expecting on the 77W. I know it certainly won't be the situation that went on with the 77Es. And i hope the thales is also replaced with the new panasonic

G-RAES has been stuck in JFK since it went tech on Friday. So no club suite 777 flying at the moment.

Probably the same seat. Just decreasing the number of seats.

Actually I’ve been told it’s a modified version of the latest first class seat

Not sure if you're asking seriously, as post #1 has the details of JFK schedules, and recent posts mention G-RAES, a Club Suites equipped aircraft, currently at JFK.
