It just says "Avios Adjustment: British Airways" - don't think it's service recovery as it normally states this? Maybe it'll disappear in a few hours, who knows!
Unfortunately not

The last time I had something like this, it was bonus points from either an Amex offer or a Wine Flyer offer or similar, that was applied after the offer expired and that I'd completely forgotten about.

Is not being able to pay for BA Holidays a common issue? I booked a two weeks ago for a holiday in December, only part paying. Today I got an e-mail from BA Holidays:

I am contacting you from British Airways Holidays with regards to your upcoming booking.

Behind the scenes, we've identified a technical issue which unfortunately means you may not be able to make any further payments on ba.com under Manage My Booking and may need to contact us for this.

Our reservations team can be reached on 0344 493 0787, 08:00 – 20:00 daily.

Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Kind Regards

Sure enough, I just tried and can't make another payment online. I look forward to spending time in a phone queue to manually read out a credit card number.

Sigh. Again.
They do their best to make Ryanair look good.

Hmm definitely not aware of any Amex/other offers that I've forgotten about. Another 10k just got posted this morning... won't be questioning it! Just hope it doesn't disappear

I have been unable to login to my BA account for several days now, despite trying multiple browsers and VPNs. I keep getting the

"Welcome to ba.comWe are experiencing high demand on ba.com at the moment.

Thank you for your patience."-message.

What can one do? Bizarre.

You can try using a private window. That's worked for me sometimes.

This, every time on Android. It's the Executive Club app which has been rebranded to Avios

Can’t even log in to individual bookings on the app today. Have tried two so it’s not a problem specific to one booking.

Mine OK at the moment on iPhone app. I note that you do have good WiFi, mobile reception and a nearly full battery, so not all bad!

I'm assuming it's not just me, but I'll regularly get a wild allocation of checked luggage allowances showing for my flights.

Two recent Sofia trips I had an allowance of 12 bags on one trip which then increased to 15 on another.

A new record today when checking in for my flight back to Heathrow from Belfast....

Wow - I'm feeling a bit hard done by now for only getting offered 6 - I mean, it's really hard to pack things down to only 192kg...

Wanted to spend some cash on BA this evening… but they don’t want my money!

On DuckDuckGo I get (in a whole list of languages):

Error 403 - You don't have enough permissions to proceed further

And on Safari:

Welcome to ba.comWe are experiencing high demand on ba.com at the moment.

Thank you for your patience.

Patience? Sorry… no BA… looks like Easyjet is the way to go.
