you should see a ticket number at the bottom of the screen when selecting a flight on the app. if the eticket number field is blank, then that would be a concern.

Not great



I dont fancy my chances of getting this sorted at TFW, or will I end up going around in circles with the call centre. Ill try the latter first. Departing late afternoon, so not panicking. (Yet!).

Minor, though annoying, issue. Had some extra TPs post yesterday (Amex spend bonus) but though the are visible on the web, they are not visible on the App.

Silly question but have you refreshed the app? It doesn't automatically update the totals.

Delightful! If I'm actually allowed to be on the flight, I'll see you there. I'll do anything not to be on a 777, so slim pickings for some routes.

Yep! Got through to the call centre, got put on hold for a good 20 mins, seems they can't figure it out either. They're going to try re-ticketing me, told to expect an email within a few mins. Still no email and every time I try and open the App (iOS) it logs me out.

This morning the app keeps logging me out with the following error: "The login details for your account are no longer valid. Please log in using the correct details".

Needless to say, my details are indeed correct, because I can log in again immediately. But I get logged out again a bit later.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Currently unable to download my boarding pass for a checked in flight (LHR-BHD for what its worth), and also cannot access BA.com....

Same here. Access via a desktop seems to be completely blocked.

I can though access my EC and bookings using the phone app - perhaps the only piece of reliably reliable BA IT.

Same here - wont keep me logged in for longer than 30mins it seems. I had started to have hope in the app again after it seemed to be getting better - false dawn unfortunately!
