There have been some really nice QR deals recently ex-UK, but DPS is a popular destination and I haven't seen this kind of price for it from the UK before with OneWorld.
I actually agree that this price ex-UK is quite reasonable, especially when you consider that includes £180 APD. I’m sure there are better prices from ex-EU airports but for the convenience of leaving directly from the UK this is a reasonable deal.

Hello All,

Please note that the £948 is not return. It is per sector so the return journey is indeed £1896. Just priced it up on BA.com. Nothing to get excited about at all!

Indeed, but in fairness I think the OP's original point was that you can sometimes buy exactly the same flights/same cabin on BA & Qatar websites at massively different rates, albeit with different fare conditions.

While having bought AMS-BKK on BA just a few weeks ago, QR now has some 1600-ish euro AMS-BKK fares until end of 2018. Should have waited a little longer :-(
I have no idea how long these will be available but here is an example:
https://www.google.com/flights/?hl=e...38*.EUR.157938

That's too bad; lucky I wasn't planning on it

Apologies of this has already been answered but, do we have an up to date list of PF deals for 2018/2019? The link on the first page are all dead AFAIK..

Sorry for a request, but I'm looking to go to the Caribbean in February next year, hopefully to watch England play cricket. Options are (likely to be) Barbados, St Lucia, Grenada and Antigua, we're looking to go in J for a week. Now ITA doesn't allow multiple country origins I'm finding searching a lot slower/less efficient.

Currently looking at flights from the usual options I'm not seeing anything for less than £2.2K per person, except for very long layovers/routes. Our budget is more like £1500pp.

Am I missing any options? Are we unlikely to see better prices for these destinations?

Thanks for any advice

Madrid - St Lucia, AA via Miami, Saturday out and return, £1779. I've only had a cursory look, but can't find anything like £1500.

Thanks, that's great. Just need the cricket dates to be confirmed quickly now.

I'm struggling to work out/remember how to book these flights with AA paying in GBP - I don't get a hold option. When I click through from Google Flights it prices up in Euro, if I change the country setting it loses the itinerary. What am I missing there?

THanks

MAN/EDI-MIA is around £1550 and probably easier to position. Although it's date dependent and I don't know when the matches are for flying dates!

Try MAN-MIA. It's £1539 and can net the A380:
https://www.google.co.uk/flights/#fl...43*.GBP.153843

However, this changes depending on dates and you'll need your onward journey from MIA to Caribbean (just do that in economy with AA I'd think).

INV-MCO is sub £1300 at the moment, but very date-dependent.

Is it the 6 month AP fare that is being quoted at the moment? It'll be just on the cusp for February.
