Of course you will see some post 2015 sightings in the 2016 thread, as people sometimes go away over the new year and decide not to risk of SOWMBO by going through FT while they are away. The risk of this fades as they year passes. All a natural course of events. Are you suggesting there should be rules for what is essentially a light hearted threads? Why?
I find myself regularly putting explanations like this to a friend who is pretty far down The Spectrum, and guaranteed to parse instructions in the most literal terms. He will treat me, and the explanations, with patience and a mix of puzzlement and humour before offering something on the lines of but that's not what it says!.

The latest was a sign saying parking was for one hour. No return within an hour.
We finally finished with an acceptable text version, but the sign would have to be of considerably greater size to accommodate it .....

Groan.

I'm sure comments like these dissuade people from posting or joining the forum.

Will.I.Am was on BA286 SFO-LHR on 5th January, in F. Boy did he want everyone in the lounge to know too; he was on the phone and referring to himself in the third person (!)

OK, that might explain something- last year I was pretty sure he was checking in beside me at the F check-in desks but the person there kept referring to Will.I.Am in the third person so I became convinced that I was wrong and it must have been his assistant...! I suppose it is possible that he thinks of his stage persona as separate to himself so that he can keep 'grounded'...?

Hilary Devey on 2667 ex RAK for LGW. In the lounge with a few friends and then in the middle of the CE cabin (behind me who suffered new configuration 1A for the first time).

I thought that was her! Sat in row 3. Far away from the "party" going on on the back row of Club!

Also had Adrian Newey going out to RAK on Monday

I always thought his name gave away something about his need for attention!

I always used to think a was a bit of a pratt but watched a documentary about him a couple of years ago and he came across as a very pleasant and caring person
Very open about the fact that without music he would probably have ended up in a gang and prison
Very family orientated and does an awful lot of charity work making technology available and understandable to the poorer sections of society with a view to helping them work their way out of poverty
I still thinks hes a bit odd but really have a lot of admiration for what he does

He is. Very open about his ADHD and his refusal to take medication for it. Also a very smart and very successful (business) man, so not just known for his music. ^

Thanks, interesting and I take that onboard. Nothing wrong with wanting attention anyway (except in extremes)
