I've done it driving, but not flying. I bought a car and went out with a truck and flat deck trailer to collect it. Loaded it on the trailer, turned around and drove home. 6,000 km in 4 days. Managed to burn almost 1600 L of fuel, so it wasn't cheap.

Another way to think of it is driving from London to Moscow and back in 4 days.

I have managed a day trip to NBO, out on BA day flight from LHR, quick nightstop, work all next day, straight back to NBO. Sat in same seat, Y at the time, both ways, same crew both ways.
3 flights today to get home, back into LHR in the morning, straight to work, then back to LHR for another couple of flights on Wednesday.
Nothing compared to CWS i'm sure

Just on the last leg of a CWS money saving route:

Sat, SIN-HKG-TAO over night Qingdao but due to late arrival we call it early morning arrival...
HI for a few hours
SUN TAO-TSN

Original flight was TAO-HKG-SIN RTN in Y
Plans changed: must be in Tianjin Sunday night:
Change fee was more than stopping in Qingdao and taking Sunday flight to Tianjin..in Y

Not the best way to treat your staff, so does that mean I am a CWS?

you have violated the Hamburg rule in constructing that itinerary. (Sectors with length in excess of the LHR-HAM distance must not be booked into Y). No CWS points.

A few months ago I experienced a CWS light schedule flying YVR-LHR-LIN-CDG-MAD-EZE in 72 hours.

Did LHR-Frankfurt-Krakow and back twice last week with LH. And possibly twice more this week. The excitement is ebbing away. Roll on those direct flights in May.

I'm not sure that counts. C-W-S does it for business, not pleasure!

I recall a few years ago, I did a LHR to SIN, then transfer to PER, two days in Perth, and then flew on to Ottawa, via Singapore and London. I don't think the body clock ever fully recovered, as well as the need to have summer and winter clothes in my cases. Still it was good for the Star Alliance points at the time. Just wondered with hindsight if I had been better off flying BA a few years sooner!
