If you can answer just one from my list, can you please explain SFO.

SFO has been both a MF and WW route and is a good fit for both fleets and is also served by the A380.

SFO has never been a regular MF route sadly, though we have covered it once or twice during disruption. MF do operate to SJC, an alternative to SFO.

Im not too sure why more leisure orientated routes would be more appropriate for MF??

D1L in my opinion only the flights which are longer and more leisure travellers suits the less experienced crew on MF.
I know that the very short flight time from Boston was particularly difficult for MF crew to operate, I'm not saying that this won't change in the future.

Just seen that there's another proposed strike starting Friday 3rd March for a week.

We are currently in Denver and are due to fly back to LHR on 4th March. Been searching for info to see if we might be affected and found this excellent source of information.

I do notice that Denver (DEN) is not listed at the start of this wiki but I just wanted to ask explicitly if anyone knows if the DEN -> LHR is mixed fleet or not?

If it's not on the wiki then it's not MF.

I know it was at some point, not sure if it still is (unlikely if not in the wiki). But welcome to Flyertalk!

Same here. I have one last trip booked before the end of March. YYZ kind of held out longer than I thought it would though.
