Well that was totally seamless - moved miles into my HoH a/c on BD and then transferred across to my HH BAEC in about a minute I did note it's only a one-way transfer and they're previously mentioned moving things both way - not that bothered though as not planning any BD redemptions.

Just confirming that it is also just worked for two US-based accounts.
All rather scary: our combined Avios are now close to the million mark and will go over once our flight to Europe tonight posts.

I've got a problem!
The original deal, as stated clearly in the FAQ when the deal was first announced, was that 2 way transfers would be possible. But now we get this "You can only move destinations miles from bmi Diamond Club to British Airways - you cannot move your destinations miles back again."
I presume this is linked to the fact that the VS and Qatar partnerships have not ended.
In this case, I cannot see the point in moving your miles unless you must. After all, tomorrow you may need a flight to, say, Dubai and if you still have DC then you still have the option of VS.
