Hi we are flying 777-300er to NY in WT in May! First time for a long while in economy! 🫣. Hubby is now only bronze executive club as a change of jobs means less travel! I know we can book seats at 7 days out but can anyone tell me if all seat choices are free?
Currently exit row are 93 each? Or doubles at the back 67 each? Not sure whether to stump up or wait! Not many reserved yet?
Thanks

Flying with wife and son (10 years old) - appreciate some comments on seat selection. Our son is veteran flyer so generally no issues... he straps on his headphone and we let him be with TV or iPad. But we want to be able to keep an eye on him.
Outbound JFK-LHR is on 77M I believe. I selected 17A, 16E and 17E, basically the last row on the J cabin. I'm hoping this will have minimal foot traffic and we can catch some sleep.
Return LHR-LAX is on 77W. I selected 19F, 20F, and 20K. But looking at the seat map, I think I was supposed to select 19K instead of 20K?

Hi
Got our first ever First flight on an unrefurbished 773. We've gone for seats 2K and 3K, anyone know if these are good seats? We'd ideally like window seats but there isn't much choice. It's this or a row further back, either side of the plane but we thought that might be too close to the toilet/bassinet/galley? If they are terrible the two middle seats in the back row are available, but we would like window seats ideally.
Dave.

Just to add we have done 7E and 7F as a couple last week and it was fine for our daytime TATL heading west. Was quiet without through traffic, and once service done also no real noise from the galley behind. I can see that if you want max sleep e.g. overnight then 5 or 6 edge it.

Does anyone know if the last row WT seats fully recline on the 3 class LGW fleet? I think Im on a 77S, but curious about 77T too. Aerolopa doesnt state.
Solo travelling for work next week, unless I can blag myself a POGU or AUP thinking twin at the back (not gold so exit rows arent open). WT fully booked

Are window seats in row 5 (I have the choice of selecting 5k) of the 77M worth it? I know they have only one (but well-positioned) window unlike most other CS that have 2, but I've read that some people say the bulkheads have a bit better leg room when sleeping, plus the low traffic. Can anyone confirm? Otherwise I'll pick 6k
