Indonesia extend visa free to 45 countries

From the Indonesian newspaper site which I read, it includes most European countries, China, South Korea, Japan, USA, Canada, NZ. Australia is excluded though . It'll be enacted in April 2015.

It's the UK people. You don't have an English passport, you have a British passport. All British passport holders will now have visa free access.

Yes but it's poor form to refer to the entire UK as England.

Thanks for the explanation

I'm afraid we non-English Brits get a bit chippy about the triviality of national and cultural identity.

I appreciate that not all compilers of lists are attuned to these sensitivities, so i'm resigned to searching under British, United Kingdom and English to find my place.

Note to anyone flying into Manado -- I've heard this only applies to air entry into DPS and CGK.

Surprised to not see Australia on the list. Due to the current tensions over the Bali Nine?

More likely because of the Australian Navy turning back asylum seeking boats to Indonesia and other related policies.
