Shouldnt we be supporting them in these tricky times?! Personally I'm quite excited about the league now that the fixtures have been released...! @:-)
As for getting excited about the league fixtures........I thought the Scottish League was poor but the football here is terrible. :td: |

Whilst away on a merry jaunt to Europe it seems Diego has been investigated by the tax authorities......amongst items seized - a pair of diamond earings worth several thousand dollars.
A sign of the times....a footballer with diamond earings. :D |

Good taste and footballer seem to be oxymorons... no matter where the footballer happens to be from... :p

Back on topic... seems like lard ball is getting all of his 'powers' at La Seleccion curtailed.... he is nothing more than a puppet from now on.....

Are there any decent coaches in Argentina? Seems all the top clubs are having trouble getting someone decent.

Most of the argentinian clubs are on a tragic institutional/political crisis that reflects directly in the sport area. My loved River Plate is living the most miserable years in his long history due to a total lack of management and internal corruption. Hopefully this will end in next december elections, but it will take a while to see the results. :( |

Well they will go to Bilardo so Im not sure this situation is getting better.
Nothing, nada de nada can be worse than Maradona as Head Coach.... Bilardo has a lot to criticize but he is a winner as a Coach and its clear that most of the bloopers that have happened to this team would NEVER have ocurred had Bilardo been at the Helm.... sure, his teams were less offensive than most but there was a plan, a system... and his results speak for themselves. |
