also, i plan to spend the weekend in BA but during the week i would like to travel outside the city any suggestions on if it is worth it to go all the way to iguazu or if i should hang out in uruguay and go to the coast, or any other suggestions for 3-4 days?
Do both! I did. Three days and two nights in Iguazu would be perfect, and three days and two nights in Uruguay should suffice. The third day in Iguazu and the first day in Uruguay can be combined as a travel day, if you like, and you may still have some time in each place on that day, depending on travel schedules. This would make it five days and four nights in both places, right between your weekends. In Uruguay, I visited Montevideo, Punta del Este and Colonia del Sacramento. More time was really not necessary for me, but if you prefer, an extra day would certainly not hurt. If you want to cut it down to four days and three nights, I recommend you remove a day from Uruguay and skip Punta del Este. In my opinion, it is definitely worth going to both places. |

Forbes!
Alex, the article is online now: http://www.forbes.com/forbes-life-ma...nos-aires.html, your shop is described on page 5: http://www.forbes.com/forbes-life-ma...s-aires_4.html
Terroir: This appointment-only wine shop--cum--tasting room stocks the best labels from small Argentine producers. I wish the Forbes journalist had done all the research and told the entire story... ;) - but heck, regardless its great to be included in that list... ^

Haha, Alex, I've been the topic of a couple of news stories, friends and colleagues have been more than a dozen times, and I've been quoted in a handful of others, none of them were correct. Either the journalist or the editor seem to always make mistakes. The key things are that they had positive comments and they provided contact information:cool:
Cheers Alex |

Thank you very much Canarsie for your suggestion!
Would it be better to fly to Iguazu from Uruguay then or to go back to BA and then fly from there? You may fly back from Iguazu and take the Buquebus ferry between Montevideo and Buenos Aires. I would suggest you look at the schedules of your travel options between Buenos Aires and both Iguazu and Montevideo to see what works best for you as to whether you should visit Iguazu first or Uruguay first. The only reason I did not suggest flying directly between Montevideo and either airport at Iguazu in both Brazil and Argentina is because there are no direct flights. |

For flights to Uruguay, you have the option of flying into AEP - the Buenos Aires City Airport. |

BTW, cool website, especially the map from the Marriott as it'll come in very handy. ^ |

While not mandatory, its best if we settle on an exact date and time for your visit. |

Thanks. Any info on the business lounges? What lounge do DL customers use? I know they have an AF club, but is it near the DL departures?
Had a nice time in BA, ate a lot, drank a lot and really enjoyed the Hilton. Would highly recommend it. |

Just checked in for our Delta BE flight from EZE to ATL. Arrived 2 1/2 hrs prior to departure. Only 1 person ahead of us. We were given an invitation to the AMEX lounge...

Glad you had a good visit, come back soon:) I've used the Admiral's Club a few dozen times, sounds similar to the AMEX lounge, but they have a self-serve bar with about 20 different liquors.
No hard liquor on this side of the club at least. Maybe that's one of the extras on the Plat/Black card side of the lounge. No big deal for me, I had my share of booze this past week. |

Who needs the hard booze if you can have Malbec....? |
