Wondering the same thing! Have a lot of travel through JFK in the first quarter of 2019 and it's looking exceedingly like we'll still be lounge-less.

Somebody must have some inside information about this lounge opening. Anyone?

It is said to be early 2019 but there is absolutely no sign about it, kind of amazing. My wife is flying out of T4 in April and me in May but I wonder if we will ever see it this year...

I noticed today while at T4 that there is some lounge furniture in a not-open-to-the-public area on the upstairs level of T4, on the far end above the start of the A concourse next to the Etihad lounge. It was hard to get a good view (this was from the boarding area for gate A2) and from what I could see it didn't really look that much like Centurion Lounge furniture, but it's the only obvious remaining space at T4 so seems like a likely candidate for the lounge's location. I'm also not sure that that space is all that big, but I'm not sure how far into various corners of the terminal that space might reach.
