I still see it as an option on my card?

https://www298.americanexpress.com/b...m/uk/en/#/home

Also seeing SPG Gold as a benefit that wasn't there when I first applied for the card in May/June this year.

SPG Gold has always been a benefit. Accor Plat is not even printed on the postal applications that come with the card anymore...

Hmm - hadn't heard anything about them dropping Accor Plat although agree it's not showing in the benefits directory anymore - would be quite annoying, I've actually found it pretty useful and it has encouraged me to stay with them more than I would have otherwise.

Another enhancement, right up there with:

As a Platinum Cardmember, you’re entitled to complimentary enrolment into the Avis Preferred programme

Odd. Definitely missing from the literature I just received.

Edit: It is a Business Plat I have though, which I guess may be different.

Not even when you go to Benefit Directory and then choose Enrol with partners?

My Accor Plat just dropped to Gold and I was expecting to be able to push it back up when my Business Plat arrived... I may drop Accor an email and see if they'll push it back to Plat for another year if I promise to maintain it the hard way.

The same happened to me earlier this year, and I had to re-enrol via the Amex website. Accor were completely useless and said I had to re-qualify by earning enough points.

Meanwhile, I dropped my AMEX Plat some time ago.... and I'm still Accor Plat. Total stays in the last few years: 1!

Tick the Primary/Supp box, click through and the Accor option is not there on the next page. Looks like it has been removed.

Ah, OK - yes it is showing up when I do that, however it's missing from the Hotel partners list!

EDIT - however as others have said when you then click through it isn't an option. I really hope it's just a glitch.

If this wasn't just an IT issue, I'd be quite sad. I've enjoyed having status with them.
