I registered and looks like I got a confirmation, but wanted to make sure I'd get points for another booking. I was going to rent a car but I could fly to Boston from New York instead if this was the case. Odd, since it says the deadline is Sept 30. Also, the website for BE is very slow today, at least for me |

This seems really weird, because that was the email text, and same promo code used in an email I received Feb 23 this year. For me, it of course indicates that I already registered for (and received points for) the promo. Seems like they either forgot to change the code, or perhaps accidentally resent the same email with a different expiration.

Per One Mile At A Time, the code UPGRADE appears to work, except it shows promo start date of 5/31/17 and promo end date of 8/31/17. I'm thinking somebody probably used the same email template but forgot to change the code. I did previously use BX20UPG in February, and the UPGRADE code does work for me. Yay for 650 extra BX points!

Oh great, looks like I can use my departure flight to Europe at the end of the month for it, thought it was for domestic flights only.
|
Does the person who does the flying have to be the person who owns the ExtrAA account, or will any flight I have scheduled with my BE account on it count for the promotion?
|
I get the feeling I should have signed up for this years ago and the current blog posts about the promotion have brought it to my attention again.
Are there are issues with crediting to BA Executive Club and Business Extra simultaneously? Can I use the BXPx upgrade certificates when crediting flights to BAEC? |

What a mess.
I used the BXP20UPG back in February and got my 650 points in March. Saw here the UPGRADE promo was working for others who did the same. Just entered it and it registered me, too. Unfortunately, I don't have a flight until 18 October. I wish I would have waited until later September to register. :( |
For my statement in July, I am only getting credit for outbound flights, not the return. Anyone else have this issue?

See if you were credited the balances of the inbound flights on or around the 17th of August. |
I received an email from BE indicating the BX20UPG code is now working.
When I tried it before it was saying the date for the registration had passed. Also, registered using UPGRADE before I was told this by BE |
Just to add a data point, they've changed the code to BX20UPG2 (bolding mine, obviously). Perhaps to avoid the previous confusion. I had the same issue using the previous code, but this one took without issue, and shows the proper expiration.
cheers, YZ |
