Apparently to redeposit BXP1 certificates, the charge is $150 for the first one and $25 each for any additional. Under certain circumstances, the fee can be waived.
Once redeposited, the points are good for 2 years.

A bit new to this program, so forgive me if the answer is well known. I logged into my wife's BE account to see if June flights have posted. A statement is available, but no activity is listed. She and several others on her BE account had AA flights in June, yet nothing posted?! Is there a lag between them adding the June statement to the drop-down menu and actually posting the flight activity?

Tried that and all ticket #s came up as not valid for BE credit. That happened last month when I tried to submit request for flights before they were eligible to post. Since it happened again, I figured maybe they're going to post soon, and hence my earlier question. There's about 16 flight segments that should be posting - I can't imagine they ALL fell thru the cracks.

There is usually a lag. Try it tomorrow.

Our June flights are listed on BE's website but all show "0" points earned. I'm assuming there is a glitch/lag that will hopefully be corrected in a few days.

Mine as well. Most likely the points will be applied tomorrow.

The often seem to post like this initially and they get updated over the next couple of days.

Is it possible to sign up for a Business Extraa account with just a small, sole proprietorship, with two traveling employees? Or is this targeted towards larger operations? Don't want to sign up and risk something happening to my personal AAdvantage account.

Yes, I have been using Business ExtrAA with just myself and another employee. AA hasn't said a thing, but then again we are a bonafide small business with a payroll/EIN/etc if they decide to dig deeper.

I checked on 7/17 also and had 0. Checked again yesterday and points had posted so there's definitely a lag

I've been doing just this, doesn't seem to matter -- from what I hear it's only really Delta's version (SkyBonus) that cares about who the companies are.

Thanks guys. The sign up page lists a couple choices for "Annual Travel Spend," with the lowest option being $25k. We don't spend that amount, more like $15k. Probably won't earn any decent rewards for a few years but whatever we can get helps. Any harm in joining if we're below that threshold?

There's no minimum spend or anything like that. If you have a business it would be silly not to sign up, even if you don't spend anywhere near $25k annually. Your BE account is totally separate from your personal AAdvantage account. Yea, the earning can be slow if you don't spend much, but it still adds up.

Thanks to ExpertFlyer's alerts, I was able to call and burn two BXP1s to Hawaii. I'm pretty thrilled at the moment.
