I have realized that basically none of my flights are posting. I’ve confirmed my BE number is stored on my AA and BA profiles and I double check on every flight I book too. Is there something else I’m missing?

Also - is a month a normal time for mileage requests? Most of mine seem to be taking 4-6 weeks and I’ve got a backload of flights yet to claim. Anyone have an easy way of compiling all the flights I took that qualified or is the best thing I can do pull up all mileage earning flights and select each eligible one by hand?

Thanks for any guidance - it’s really frustrating when I’m the only person on the account having this issue. The other flyers all have their flights post without issue - and I book the vast majority of their flights!

I think there is a spreadsheet they can send you which let's you put all the information in and send it off to them.
My BA flights can take up to 2 months to post. AA it is usually a few days after the flight.

Have you tried calling BE customer support about this?

Do I get this from AAdvantage or BE? I can’t believe I never knew about this offering, I’m an embarrassment.

It is on my list - right now my limited time for calling during US hours is chasing my tax return with the IRS…

I’m trying to call (can’t get it to work online) to apply a BXP1 for a flight tomorrow; however, after I press “one” as suggested by the recorded message, I get hung up on. I’ve tried several times from two phones and can’t get it to work. Does anyone have any tricks for contacting them to apply an upgrade on the weekend?

About half of my international flights don"t post, while there never seems to be an issue with my domestic flights. I have to watch the BE account like a hawk. Have never seen an issue with any of the other flyers on the account. It's frustrating, but at least they have an online process to fix the missing flights.

I just wish the credit request didn’t ask for so much info. Pretty sure it even asks what you selected for your onboard meals!

Ticket Number, Airline Prefix, First Date of Travel, Your Name?

I'm guessing this is sarcasm and I missed something up thread.

Hi all - I have 5 BXP1 certificates that I never used (found them in my travel folio). They have expiration dates ranging from 2016 to 2019. I still have my BA account active (barely). Is there anything to be done with these (use, reintstate, etc)?

Thanks!

I’m pretty sure you would have needed to redeposit them before they expired, though maybe not worth it with fees to do that. I’d say those are gone, but you could call and ask.

With the move to fully dynamic award pricing (and no such thing as "sAAver" award inventory anymore), have the Plan Ahead BXPs become more or less a thing of the past? Or have I missed some updates/discussion?

used one on a flight since the announcement but it was like hunting for unicorns to find a flight with "T" award availability for a free coach domestic flight. thank God for Expertflyer, otherwise i'd have taken days searching AA.com. Conservatively, I'd estimate way less than 1 % of all flights on all days are available. Maybe like 1/4 of 1%. Entire blocks consecutive days in a row, day after day at a time with zero sAAver/T flight availability.
Have to be creative. Was hoping with elimination of saver they'd loosen up rules for BXPs but they haven't

I have to give props to the BE team. I sent them a massive load of flight requests (looks like 25 emails were sent to me for all of the credit requests) and everything was posted within a calendar week.
