Lol, that part of my post was a little tongue-in-cheek, I would assume that due to the regional nature of the US dairy market, there could likely be different brands served from different stations. And of course, makes sense that they would use a "premium" butter in int'l J (this was a domestic 772 flight as astute viewers might note from the tray table).

You might actually like this one, then, because it has neither balsamic vinegar nor HFCS. It does have maltodextrin as a preservative, and guar and xanthan gums as thickeners, but good luck finding any kind of prepared dressing without those agents or worse, and none of those have a "flavor".
Personally, I've liked this dressing since the '90s... It's lighter than a balsamic vinaigrette, doesn't overpower the salad, and has a nice tarragon flavor to it besides the oil and vinegar.
