All day passes...

Thanks. Does anyone know how frequently clubs tend to do this? Between my wife and I we'd have enough passes that we could drop our now significantly more expensive that it used to be AC membership but only if we are going to be able to use the passes most of the time. It's one thing if it's once in a while but we were traveling mid day last Saturday which I wouldn't think is exactly a peak travel period.

Could those of you travel a lot tell me whether you tend to see these signs out pretty much all the time, just sometimes or only rarely?

Thanks.

At some of the bigger hub clubs (like CLT) not accepting day passes is the norm rather than the exception. See below thread for discussion on this:

If I fly OGG-DFW in J, but am connecting to a separate ticket on DL for DFW-LGA, would it be possible to use the flagship lounge on arrival in DFW, even though I don't have an onward AA flight?

Flagship access

Flying ORD to HNL in economy. I'm one world emerald and have a admirals club membership. The question is, or I think it is, I can use the Flagship on this route I believe (hope) but can't seem to find the guest policy. I have 3 guests traveling with me without AA status. I assume they will only let me take one into the flagship but what about my other two, can I get them into the admirals club? I've searched and searched for the answer but have come up short.

If your oneworld Emerald status is through an airline other than AA or AS then yes, you have access to the FL (including 1 guest).

If your oneworld Emerald status is through AA or AS you only have access to the FL when traveling on a qualifying international itinerary (which you are not).

Your AC membership allows yourself (plus 2 guests) access to the regular AC.

There is no scenario that covers 3 guests.

Flying STL-ORD (UA F, miles to burn) ORD-LHR-CDG-LHR-ORD (BA F - birthday present cheaper than AA J) ORD-STL (AA F, miles to burn). Should have FL access, correct? Long wait in ORD.

Yes. First class ticket for qualifying international flight operated by a oneworld airline gets you into FL at ORD.

You can also access the ACs at LHR and CDG if you like.

And as a PPro/OWE and a First Class BA passenger iplaybass can access the British Airways Concorde Room and Galleries First Lounge at LHR. iplaybass won't be able to access the Admirals Club at LHR as it is located in T3 and their flights from LHR will depart from T5.

Yes, and to add, on the return to ORD, use your inbound boarding pass to access, your outbound AA domestic boarding pass on a separate reservation will not work.

Oneworld Sapphire here, going through ORD this (Mon.) evening (around 6:30-8pm) with 2 colleagues. I'm expecting a "no" for my questions below, but I just wanted to ask in case there is any flexibility experienced:

1) Is there anyway the FL would allow me to first bring colleague A in and stay for a bit before I swap the guest for colleague B (with colleague A leaving the FL in view of the receptionist)? We are arriving from Canada, and it may take colleague B longer at the customs, as he has more things to declare.
2) I know the FL shares the same entrance with the H/K AC, so it would not be possible to bring one guest to the FL and another to the H/K AC, but how about another AC? Would it be possible to guest colleague A to the FL and then, later on, colleague B to the AC in concourse G or L? Would the AC in concourse G and L know that I have already guested colleague A to the FL?

No chastising please. Thank you!

1: Customs is all done in Canada (preclearance), so you will all arrive at the same time.
2: It's all logged, so they will know

Sorry, I meant to post at https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/amer...-lounge-4.html but mistakenly end up posting here as I look through if anyone asked in the past. Understood it's all logged. We are not coming from an airport that has preclearance, so we are arriving ORD just like other international pax. Thanks!
