FFD is separate. What Business fare are you on, if on Business Plus then yes, otherwise no.
Slightly surprised that CK access to the CCR in LHR isn't reciprocated here but I'm sure I will manage to survive just fine in the Flagship lounge :D |

I doubt it is a Business Plus fare, it's I coded and was booked as part of a BA Holiday.

Will be flying back from Grenada through MIA in a few weeks. I normally fly DL and use Sky Clubs, and I was told in the newbie thread that I get access to the Admiral's Club due to my Business ticket. I'm wondering if it is worth the money to pay for the Flagship Lounge instead of just going to the AC. The layover is about 4 hours. Never been in a Flagship Lounge as I rarely fly AA and the times I have there hasn't been one, or the layover was too short.

In terms of how good the lounges are, it's Admirals Club, Sky Club, then Flagship Lounge. I don't know your financial situation, so I don't know how valuable that is to you, but I'd say it's marginally worth it.

It's not really a financial consideration. More like, if there's not much difference between the AC and Flagship Lounge at that particular airport since I get free AC access. Obviously I don't want to just light money on fire, but if it is a considerable improvement over the AC, (which I will use on my way out there on a much shorter layover) then it would be worth it.

It's definitely an improvement however IMO I can't think of any situation where I'd spend $150 more for FL access when I already had AC access.

Been to both many many times in MIA. FL is way better in every airport (vs AC), but I would not pay $150 for it. You could get really good drinks and eats for 1/2 that price.
Cheers. |
Well the question of FFD access has now become moot as we've been op-up'd to F :D

Is it still true that Flagship lounges can be accessed any amount of hours before your flight (as long as it's the same-day?)
