Boise and Las Vegas are not not routes that AA flies to/from SLC. AS does so it is logical that AA would codeshare those flights. SLC-LAX is a route that AA flies at least one E75 on every day that I checked. Since they do not have a lot of capacity one would think it would be a logical route to codeshare on but I doubt it is the most popular domestic route traveled from LAX so AA probably assumes it is not needed. On the code sharing on O'Hare and DFW flights...those are very popular and when I take them AA is generally jam packed on every flight. I would assume it is an easy way for AA to add capacity.

Now, with the flights starting June 2, how long should we expect before they announce the schedules for all of them?

First Class, All the Way..?
From: http://hub.aa.com/en/nr/american-air...in-los-angeles
"Out of LAX, American offers customers more choices for how they travel, with First Class seats and Main Cabin Extra offered on every flight. As part of American’s investment in the customer experience, the airline is adding more all-aisle access, fully lie-flat seats; international Wi-Fi; more in-flight entertainment options and power outlets; and improved food and beverage offerings"
How is this the case with LAX-HND to be flown on a 788?

And re the main cabin extra bit: are there really no flights out of LAX on pmUS aircraft that haven't been reconfigured? Or do they mean (as I suspect) that every aircraft has at least exit and bulkhead rows sold as MCE?
Not the most carefully-worded press release.

I think they're counting the exits/bulkheads that are labelled MCE.
Wouldn't hurt to read upthread regarding HKG, it's still expected but not here yet.

They clearly mean every flight has a premium cabin, ie no ≤50-seat, 1-cabin regional jets or turboprops. On some flights, that premium cabin is called business, not first.

"First class seats" is a well-defined entity? Are you saying that first class seats on a CRJ-700 and a 77W are comparable?
