Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

So there you have it.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG No #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Full #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

ORD-LGA LAA 738 and full PDB despite full boarding and FA swimming up and down the aisle. Well done AA! Also cleared the last seat in FC as #1 on the list.

Chicago based crew FWIW.

AA 0081 LHR-DFW. OJ, Champagne or Water partial PDB only. When I asked for screwdriver I was told it wasn't possible but I could get one once we were airborne.

This is accurate as AA only pays the duty on the specific cheap sparkling wine they pour pre-departure at international destinations.

Amazing flight crew, all very young.
When she came to me I said is it too early for a mimosa? She said no, it's never too early. Think I had about 4 that entire plane ride

I don't normally post my PDB experiences on this thread, but this struck me as anomalous enough to note...on Weds, AA123 DFW-HNL had no PDB at all. On top of that, beverage service was slow to start once airborne. I fly this route several times a year, and have done so for years, and they have consistently provided the prosecco/OJ/water service.
