This would be interesting to know. When I booked my DFW-CDG leaving in 10 days I was in PE. Since that time, I was bumped to MCE seat 8C due to equipment change. I still have my fingers crossed that my flight will be on retrofitted plane and back in PE.

At least flying domestically I haven't observed anyone other than Seats B and K getting moved out of rows 8 and 9 on the switch to the PE configration. I can report back again based on my flight tomorrow, but this has been pretty consistent. Keep an eye on the equipment changing back and forth though, I've also seen it move the PE configuration, people grab rows 6 and 7, then it move back to MCE and people get booted form there to the back of the plane.

I’m flying at the very end of April. Seated in row 8. I wonder what happens if all planes are retrofitted by that date. Will they start selling right away or wait until official roll out in June?

The conclusion of this retrofit is expected to be in June; I don’t think they’ll be finished in April at the current pace, even though it’s fairly speedy for a refit.

I'm in row 8 as well. On the off-chance you have not already done so, make sure you're not booked in 8B or 8K as those seats do not exist in the PE version of the 788.

thanks. Yeah I stay away from B and K seats on 787 for now. Same as I stay away from row 7 on 737 until oasis is over

That’s 12 or 2/3 of the 788 fleet refitted. Eight to go. No recent movements newer than N827AN, to KPAE, but ATS might be hustling and sweating the 738 Oasis Space bin foulup.

Thanks. I updated that in the Wiki, too. I don't usually update the Wiki when I post the frame movements here, as I usually do it via mobile and find updating the Wiki on my phone to be a bit cumbersome.

Thanks! I would do it myself if I had enough posts to have wiki editing privileges.
