Used the lounge from 5:30 PM to 8 PM last Friday 11/5
It's really great to be back. There's champagne (Louis Roederer 242 Brut)
I do wish they'd upgrade their scotch offerings a bit though. There were also four local beers in the fridge
Hot food was pork shoulder, a fish, pasta with eggplant, steak fries (really good) and roasted squash
Food offerings were about equal to what I remember from 2019 and 2020.

Anyone know how they are compared to MIA for access underage? In MIA I got a personal escort into FFD and the Lounge with my FF Transcon ticket. Flying FFT again on 11/13 but through JFK this time. Anyone know if I will likely get the same treatment, or will I just be turned away or let in. I am under 21 and that is why I got the escort in (didn't want me hitting up the open bar). Specific I know but any info helps.

Visited 12/24. I was flying in F on AA 100 so I sampled both the FL and FFD
The lounge itself was fairly crowded.
FFD of course was not crowded. Just three tables taken including mine
Annoyingly they were out of both Glenlivet and Glenfiddich so I went with Johnny Blue
Amuse bouche
Corn bread
Soup and salmon appetizer
Dessert trio.
Overall great food and service.

Time to Visit JFK FL on 3 hour AA to BA Connection?
I’m arriving from LAX at 1945 into T8 and departing with BA at 2300 from T7.
Is it possible (and also is it worth it) to visit the Flagship Lounge in T8 before exiting, taking AirTrain and going through TSA in T7 in time for my BA flight?
EDIT: I’ll have J lounge access and J pre-flight dining in T7.

Hello,
Can anyone who has passed through the JFK FL (especially in the morning) confirm if the shower rooms are still available? I know in many ACs the shower rooms are still closed due to COVID-19.
Thanks a bunch!

JFK AC showers are indeed closed still; unsure about the FL. Am curious to know too.

JFK FL showers are open. I've used them twice in the last couple of weeks - please remember to lock the door though!
Two weeks ago The Bridge was closed but you could see various items of construction equipment and supplies etc through the window.
By Tuesday of last week the window had been covered up.
