Looks like a system connectivity issue on IB's end. Their own engine is currently reporting CS0 and the [Awards/BA-OneWorld] Engine is also showing no Award Availability on the ORD flight.
However, there are 4 CS Seats ex-JFK:

Do you still have the same problem affecting display?
Note I did an Amadeus Oneworld search, not an Amadeus, BA-oneworld search
if it matters

Looking for award availability in J or F DFW to BKK and see availability (the DFW to NRT leg is below then the DFW-BKK route just below that. It looks to me that there is availability but it is not seen by the AA agent. I'm using the Amadeus: Awards/CX search, should I be using a different search method? Recommendations appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the KVS Tool, wandertheglobe!
The [Awards/CX] Method is actually for CX flights only. Since you have specified a route that CX does not serve, it seems to be be showing regular (i.e. non-Award availability) on interline flights.
For AA Award Availability, please use the [Awards/OneWorld] or [Awards/BA-OneWorld] Methods:

I do have a follow up question though.
When I do the BA search I get the result posted below (for the DFW-NRT route) with a "OneWorld Cabins searched: none" comment. What does that mean? I thought this method would search all of the listed OneWorld carriers or is that for something else? Thanks again!

All-Partner Award Availability Question
How do I find availability for AA All-Partner awards? I used KVS Availability tool to look for CX award availability in first or business class (FS or CS), put together the flights I wanted, called up AA and they said none of those were available, they might be available through CX, but I can't book them with AA miles for an All-Partner award. I've been reading through these forums and the KVS forums, but I've become quite confused by fare codes and what counts for who's award. So my questions ...
1.) Is there a way to search AA availability of CX flights and if so, what is the right way to do it? I.e., in KVS, do I look for availability Z U or F J or are there other fare codes I should be looking for?
2.) In general, should there be availability between the US (I'm in MSP, so I figure just find the best flights between SFO, LAX or YVR and the connections would work out) to HKG-SIN in April? They were only able to find a flight for us on one day on the way there. Is that poor availability normal for CX booking through AA?
3.) Should I be using a different tool to look for availability?
Thanks in advance for your help with this. I put a lot of time into the research and prep to make this reservation, but it turns out I was totally confused about what to look for with regards to flight availability for All-Partner rewards. I'd like to call back with at least some sense of what's going on

Just use JL or BA sites - sign up a FF account and use their search engine for free.
The only caveat is JL would not allow search within the window of 7 days to departure - so for that period you would need to use the more cumbersome BA site.
Otherwise, piece of cake except you have to do the work yourself instead of having some alerts set.
Keep in mind, there are only 6 F seats on the 777, and 9 F seats on the 747 which only flies the YVR and SFO routes - one on each.
CX tends to release their award inventory to partners either 6 or 7 months in advance (or longer), and then when those inventories are gone, there would not be new release until very close to departure, such as 10 to 7 days before departure or even closer.
In fact, booking CX seats using AA miles is EXCELLENT if you can pick up and go, or if you can book 6 months ahead.
If you are looking for April and we are in January, your chance of finding 2 seats are very slim because the first batches of release have been long taken. However if you can wait till very close to your departure date, then your success rate greatly improves.
Since AA does not charge for routing changes provided: 1) the Origin and Destination remain the same, 2) the carrier changes are among OneWorld members, you can book a route that goes thru NRT if you must make sure you would get to Asia in your time frame. Then once CX releases its seats again, you can switch to CX for more direct route.
To illustrate the strategy here is what I have done :
In July I booked a trip to HKG for travel in November - no trouble finding J outbound from ORD, F inbound to YYZ. Had I made up my mind earlier, i.e. book in June, I could have flown from SFO / YVR in F, even the notorious LAX had some availability. Alas, I waited and of course they were all taken. When it got to 10 days before our departure, JFK/YYZ/SFO all opened up but we decided to keep the J from ORD so we could be for sure to try the new business seats.
In December I booked a trip to HKG again, this time for departure in January. I had to settle for routing thru NRT - both AA and JL had availability. One week after ticketing, CX opened up LAX J to HKG and I switched. Since then, I saw SFO had F available thru out December but not for January as we are getting towards Chinese New Year. However, J from LAX on the 11:25 AM flight has plenty of availability on Jan 19, 21, 22 and 23 - Jan 19 has been there for weeks, the rest of dates just popped up 2 days ago. PLENTY, like 4 seats available on JL site, BA site does not even specify quantity - when that is the case, chances are there are more than 4 which seems to be JL site's limit.
Finally, search this forum there is an ongoing thread discussing CX availability and you should find loads of useful information there to help you secure the seats.

CX is notorious for its system issues when it comes to Award Availability. While CX Award Availability is supported via 4 different engines in the KVS Tool, the data from the recently-introduced [Awards/JL-OneWorld] Method is the most authoritative and will match the actual Availability that AADV and other OneWorld partner agents are seeing.
Please see http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Classes for details on the CX Award Booking Classes, and/or post the specific flight #s/dates in question.

From Happy's suggestion and from the KVS FAQ I used JL to look for CX award availability.
The first agent couldn't find the flights I found in KVS so I wasn't sure if I could trust the tool, but I called back and the second agent was able to find some, but not all of the flights I saw through KVS.
On the outbound flight I was looking for ORD-HKG-SIN on April 6, 2011. To me, it looks like I can get 2 coach seats ORD-HKG and then I get 2 business class seats on HKG-SIN leaving HKG at 07:55.

This might be a stupid question, but ohh well.
So when I search for oneworld economy award it will show YS + or - depending upon the availability.
Now if that flight is an AA only flight, could I in theory be able to search availability of T (AA's economy award class) to see how many of those award seats are available? When I do this, I get nothing for availability in T, but when I search for the same flight in the award availability tab it shows YS + .
I don't need an answer on a specific flight. I just want to know that if AA economy award class is T, why when availability shows under the award tab (YS +), does no availability show under the availability tab in class T for that same search?
Example:
[KVS Availability Tool 6.9.6/Diamond - Galileo: Availability/ETR/JP]
[KVS Availability Tool 6.9.6/Diamond - Amadeus: Awards/OneWorld/AU-QFA-SP1]

If you would like to see the exact number of available Economy Award Seats (T/YS), you can use the [Awards/BA-OneWorld] Method (or the technique described at http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Q6):
[KVS Availability Tool 6.9.6/Diamond - Amadeus: Awards/BA-OneWorld]
Code:

Data Source Errors
Some Award searches I have saved under My Trips aren't working anymore (they were working yesterday). I couldn't find what the errors mean on the KVS site.
For Awards/OneWorld, I get Data Source Error[R]: "(Engine Error) FF Account Issue"
For Awards/JL-OneWorld I get Data Source Error[RD-3]: "Unsupported Route / Engine Error"
I have 6.9.6 with a diamond membership.
