I agree on your disagreement: AA is probably spending a bunch of money to learn about its customers and then doesn't deliver what they want. Including a non-Orwellian slogan!

i hate that since flights are posting to our account on the same day, my miles until expiration date is now 3 days earlier than it would have been in the past.

Sitting in a first class aisle seat and getting clobbered with other people's luggage while they are boarding. NOTE: It's not as annoying when sitting in the coach bulkhead aisle seat, since this is to be expected in "cattle car" territory.

They offer cocktails in J and F, but when you ask for one, they neither have the glassware/supplies nor know how to make anything more complex than a rum-n-coke.

Why only afternoon and evening? Even 7am can be somebody's afternoon or evening.

A friend reports that LH has significant opera selections, including CDs, a video or two (in Feb they featured Butterfly with Domingo and Freni), and an audio channel (the same flight devoted the opera channel to Jonas Kaufmann -- singing, interviews, favorite selections by other musicians.

C'mon, AA, get with the program!

Maybe AA could get BMW to sponsor the Jonas Kaufmann Channel:

Sometimes my upgrades to Hawaii clear at 104 hours before departure but not always, sometimes they clear at 100 hours.

I'm not done yet..

* Slow elevators at various ACs
* No peanut option for snack (hate the mixed bag of whatever)
* Seemingly always having the Wi-fi option on AUS/DFW but not on AUS/ORD
* Slow scroll of connecting gates on IFE when arriving from TATL or TPAC flights back to ORD/LAX/DFW. Always seem to be looking at something else after such long waits when AUS finally comes back around
* Layout of seats in the ORD FL. Hard to find seats able to view TV properly
* Distance from ORD FL to Int'l gates..wait, actually that's awesome!
* Boarding Pass scanner units at gates sometime requires 2 or 3 times to properly scan and record.. totally wasting my time
*Serving luke warm nuts
*Not showing flight miles in the "Flight Details" section of your online itinerary
