It will be very clear before your payment info whether your promo code works, and you will see clearly what the total price is.

The promotion code box is found on the same page as the traveler's personal info. After this page, you can then select seats, options etc, and after that, you will be asked for payment info.
It will be very clear before your payment info whether your promo code works, and you will see clearly what the total price is.

After I select my flights and click continue, there is the page with the traveler's information including name, DOB etc. (already there if you logged in with AA number). Near the bottom right of that page, are two boxes, one for promotional code, and one for business extraa account number.
The 10% off code goes in the promotional code box. Nothing has changed..
