Still showing old F for my upcoming early May flight on NRT - ORD.
Will be pleasantly surprised if it ends up as The Suite but wont expect it / count on it.
My only other time on NH F was similar (NRT - IAD back in 2014, that route still had old F instead of what was then new F aka First Square

Seems like 792 has been on the ground for a week at HND. Looks like this has caused quite a few swaps in the schedule. Fingers crossed it stays that way for a couple of more days as I am on NH107 soon which has been getting more tails with the new product as a result.

HI All,
Trying to find best option for 2 seats together.
Have upcoming UA award flight to HND that I believe there could be a (small) chance that the equivalent ANA flight on my day of travel releases J awards to UA, so I am trying to think ahead here in case I can switch from UA J to ANA J.
ANA main booking site shows the flight in question is 77W with The Room/Suite.
1) This is best indication of current configuration, right? less than a month out, so probably reasonably accurate baring last minute maintenance issue?
2) Per both ANA and EF seats maps, row 9, 13, 15, 17, 19 E/F are all available. Are either of these better for a couple wanting to sit together? There also appears to be some scattered "kiddie corner" seats around.

I've done 19 E/F before and it's great. Less noise in the mini cabins and hardly any foot traffic.

Question, UA tells me I have to contact ANA for seat assignments. I have ANA PNR. What's the easiest way to do this? Call or try on web?
Second question. 5 E/F are open. This is only two seats in J "mini front cabin." That still my best best? Seat map is pretty wide open with 2 seats together in both middle and sides across whole cabin.

On a UA award booked in F/J on the a route with the new product, if there is a day of departure swap to old cabin/product, is there anything the airport counter or ANA call center can do on day of departure to move to a flight on the following day due to the configuration swap in order to still be able to take advantage of the new product?
