Question, UA tells me I have to contact ANA for seat assignments. I have ANA PNR. What's the easiest way to do this? Call or try on web?

Second question. 5 E/F are open. This is only two seats in J "mini front cabin." That still my best best? Seat map is pretty wide open with 2 seats together in both middle and sides across whole cabin.
