AF863: night flight from LFW back to CDG, without the short stopover that we had in NIM on the way in.

Af 355 sea - cdg

787-9 Business Class Meals, all around quite enjoyable. The bread could have been warmed up a bit more and I thought it was odd that the cheese course was delivered without clearing the mains, but otherwise it was nice to be served course by course. Definitely not a skimpy breakfast, so save room. The cappuccino seemed pre-sweetened but overall still a nice option. There was food and drinks out in both galleys overnight as well (I think the rear one was for PE customers actually?).

Smoken Salmon and Quinoa starter

Braised Wagyu Beef with Polenta Cake, more of a pot roast type preparation, a little dry but flavorful

Cheese Course

Dessert

Hot Breakfast option- Eggs with Chicken

I was pleasantly surprised by the chicken and spinach. I was afraid they would be huge spinach leaves that would be weirdly cooked, but that wasn't the case at all

My menu and presentation was identical on CDG-SEA yesterday, so I will just add the chicken main that my wife had (and said was dry)
