CDG-SIN - Beef fillet, rare pepper sauce, celeriac and vanilla mousseline and asparagus with almonds. Quite tasty although the slightly reddish meat was hard to cut.

Yes, I know. I was referring to photos of the actual dishes posted elsewhere in this thread

I just had the same menu to choose the main dish in advance for my flight to EZE later in January. May I ask if you have the menu of the second meal and wine list too?

Hi everyone,

I will be flying first time, JFK-CDG (Delta codeshare AF) in Business this May. I have a seafood allergy. Will there be a way to communicate this in advance to AF?

Thanks!

Your best bet would be to select the allergen-free meal (and see their note about food allergens further down that same page.) The link to order is on that same page.

Any of the vegetarian or vegan special meals would be suitable, no?

The beef cheek was phenomenal. Easily in the top 5 dishes I've ever had on a plane after many years of only flying C/F.

then I was very unlucky - I returned half of it. I received a kind of tough peace of meat beef cheeks should be so soft and tender that they fall apart when you touch it with a fork . That wasn't the case with my meat. the purree was tasty.
