Correct. When M opened, it was until 2 pm for a few years, Then, for approx the last 2 years before Covid, it was until 4 or 5 pm. AF lounge opening time was matching the flight times.

Both Aspire BHX were closed today for Xmas, despite the checkin agents sending me there.

Its probably a blessing in disguise... but I'm wondering if I should send AFKL my receipts for breakfast at the bar (£8 per person, not exactly outrageous).

My husband was flying from the US in J with a connection in Y to LIS and they did not let him in at 2F, the guy was even rude with him. I thought that after a long haul J flight it was allowed to use the lounge? The automated gate did not work for him.

I got him in as my guest thirty minutes later, but it was an unpleasant experience.

Information given today by AF staff at CDG : M concourse (and so AF lounge) will close again from January 5 or 6 . At the same date, all non-ST airlines still present at 2E will be sent to 2A/2C.
As it was before it reopened, you can be sure that a lot of AF/DL planes will still be parked at M meaning a lot of miserable bus boardings.
As always, thank you ADP for your brilliant ideas

Any recent experiences at the BOS lounge?

Bud skycourt is open and usable (wiki updated).

Was not granted access with Y connecting to J (had to use gold guest and priority pass one guest).

The AF/KLM lounge at IAD has improved since my last trip in May, now with some hot food offerings along a more meaningful sélection of charcuterie and fruits.

Still crowded as ever though.

Does anyone know: On an overnight layover in Paris flying AF Business class, would I be able to enter an AF lounge in the evening after arriving from my first flight?

No. They are not accessible on arrival. Do you plan to remain at CDG overnight ?

No, I will probably get a hotel near the airport. I'm just curious to try the lounges in both 2E and 2F. So the evening counts as arrival, not as a connection? I noticed the AF and Skyteam websites mention lounge access "when connecting".

It's only a connection if the departing flight is the same day.

Ah, too bad. Any point in even trying, you think?

If you have an overnight layover with both legs on J, you might try your luck on the departure terminal lounge. Having status and a charming smile will definitely help too.
99% sure it won't work on the arrival terminal lounge.

Ah, I see. I'm connecting Schengen to non-Schengen, so that would mean going through passport control twice. I've read that AF is pretty picky about which lounge they let you into... Maybe next time then. Thank you!
