Plumber, how did you see # of seats available? Is there an easier/more efficient way to see this vs blindly going through the AP site?

Website Problems?

Has anyone been able to see any fares available on the website. Also, it is just irresponsible for A.C. to put you on hold for 60-75 minutes! Is there a major systems problem? Just curious ... since I can't talk to anyone at A.C

The major systems problem is that AC switched reservations systems a couple of months ago and everything is still messed up, including huge wait times on the phone. There's plenty of discussion in this thread.

Just did a random search of various routes on the same dates. Seems like it's the Pacific.

(if Premium Economy was missing, then I'd say AC was going to use the all-Y WOW birds to cross the big pond

I search for one seat, then two, then three etc so I can determine exactly how many are available without Priority Rewards and then with Priority Rewards.
