For me getting the first card will be the most challenging one. It requires me to stop flying then only flies 25K in 2019. So that's almost two years no flying

Also this challenge is impossible for MMs

I actually did this a few years back when they had only four levels. It wasn't too hard - I had *G from A3 and TK, and wasn't bothered by status benefits, but towards the end of the year I decided it was better I focus on AC... so December was spent flying AC, I got E35, then a winter pause, then after I got my next year E35 kit I started crediting to AC, and went through all the levels pretty quick.

I can try that again this year maybe... since because of a lack of AQD I dropped to E35, so I have the whole mountain to climb again. (though to be fair, no E25)

Four?

It used to be P/E/SE.

Now it's 25/35/50/75/100.

I don't recall there ever being 4 levels.

Afaik Prestige / 25K status has existed from the very beginning.

And up until a few years ago the status levels were:

Prestige - 25k miles - *S
Elite - 35k miles - *G
Super Elite - 100k miles - *G

Wait. You're right. I've never even considered P25 as a status. My bad.

As does mine, which is why the whole thing was rather odd.

Ever get bored of that dull black colour card? Ever dreaming about getting a more colourful one like the red one or the white one?

I will try to get a whole set before I hit MM, though as I said P25K will be the challenging one.

Nah, you just have to plan it far enough in advance to hit P25K

You can potentially fly 34,999 / 34 segments.
Or just spent $2500 or something

I got P25k when I flew ~44k miles with *A but only ~15k with AC.

And for people with MM the how far is "far enough"?

I got about 26K miles in 2010 or so, on 4 TPAC segments in flex. Since then I have at least 35K on AC every year.

That's true. If you're going to do this, you need the P25K and E35K cards before you hit 1MM.

Paging Ben! Suggest introduction of early recognition for P25k or you'll lose a ton of business as everyone tries to get the card

I got both this year just qualify late.
