Good to see you here Andrew. You will be a big help in answering those hard to understand rules and tariffs.

I promise that I will not embarrass Andrew by asking for special favours or ask him to divulge information that is obviously privileged to inside Air Canada only.

From my conversations with Ben Smith, I know that he is worried that we FT'rs will take up an inordinate amount of Andrew's time. Let us not forget that Andrew has a regular job to perform and his own personal career to look after. If Andrew doesn't answer a question it might be because he is either busy, or we asked the wrong question. He is here to help, let us not abuse that favour.
