Does anyone have the names and titles of all the AC and AP personnel in attendance?

No GMT for date roll-over

At the YVR DO one of the AC people said that the dates roll over at midnight GMT for reserving upgrades. I'm off to HAJ via MUC on Saturday and thought I'd give it a try since it is now Tuesday GMT and thus Saturday is only 4 days away. No go :( - I was told to call back tomorrow (and that I'd be waitlisted).

The flight shows J6 and everything else zeroed out - looks like it will be a cattle call so hopefully I get cleared for the U/G prior to departure.

Yeah, I remember them saying that too, but for some reason I don't think anyone really knows the rules except for the execs!

I remember that as applying to the online upgrades for City and Latitude passes.

For the other types of upgrades where you require human intervention the local time rule applied.

Were you not awake like most of the rest of us and collecting business cards?

I collected a few but not all.

Lucie Guillamette
Charlie Mckee
Empress
Already had Karin Christensen's
I also believe I have Leslie-Ann Vezina's.
Didn't get John Ring's.
Didn't get Ben Smith's.

Who was the 2nd concierge?
Who was the person who was there for the first half that was in charge of the timetable (I think?)...
Was the person sitting to the right of Charlie part of AC... I forgot... I arrived about ten minutes late so missed 90% of the exec intros...

Also to address an issue that was brought up at the event - AC's participation on Flyertalk:

As we mentioned at the event, we find Flyertalk to be an excellent resource to get feedback from our customers. I would be more than glad to help out with questions and clarifying matters (as Ben has been doing) that you guys have from now on. We feel that this would be very beneficial to you all. Just to keep in mind - as we are not doing this on a full time basis, we will not always be able to provide a response right away.

PS - some of you know that I am 'Empress'; I am posting under my real name just to avoid confusion and Randy Peterson is aware of this.
