There is nothing in that sentence that sounds appetizing...how does one even create a vegetarian sausage and then smash it into a pattie? Should it not just be marketed as a 'veggie pattie', perhaps with 'simulated sausage flavour' like they do with the 'crab flavoured pollock'

Flight change from Madrid- 6 hour layover -
Our May 27 flight from Madrid was changed from a 2 hour layover in Montreal to a 6 hour layover. All other flights full in Premium and Business
Then we depart Montreal at 1 am Madrid time and arrive home at 6 am Madrid time.
We will have lounge access. Is it possible to have the Lounge staff wake me so I can sleep in the Lounge and then catch my 11 pm Montreal flight

I doubt anyone in the lounge is going to take responsibility for you making your flight. You should set an alarm if you're worried you'll fall asleep.

Why don't you sleep on the flight from MAD - YUL?
Presuming your connection is DOM and you are arriving at YUL at 1pm EST (1 AM Madrid time, minus 6 hrs, minus your 6 hr connection), not sure where you plan to sleep as it will be the middle of the day, not dark, and where would one sleep there anyways, there's barely enough room to sit, and it's BUSY.
Better off to get a day room at the in-terminal Marriott or take the 10 min shuttle to the Sheraton/Doubletree and get an actual bed for 4 hrs if you think you will be that tired.

That doesn't sound right. MLLs are typically open until 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the last AC flight.

Domestic or Transborder MLL? I can't imagine anyone would want to spend more than two hours in either of them.

YVR Dom today at noon had 6 or 7 people in the non-SE line, SE line was empty.
I skipped it even with no wait for SE's as I presumed it would be a crap show upstairs...not worth it.
