At last.
The "temporarily closed" banner on the YYZ SS webpage has been removed.
The menu also appears to have been updated.
Is anyone able to confirm hours of operation?

plenty of time to stop at SS for a couple drinks and appetizers off the buffet.
Ordering an entree from the menu or restaurant portion is likely better for a 2+ hour connection.

While technically enough time Id personally get on an earlier flight from YOW to enjoy fully. Should be able to standby without issue if you cannot confirm a same day change.

Thanks for the quick replies. Arriving earlier was the original plan, until AC dropped all the earlier flights - the only earlier flight from YOW now is at 10:00am, arriving at 11:05! Things are still far from normal, it seems.

That is unfortunate, but Id personally be spending the whole day in the lounge.

Now if they had a full service spa...or if they had complimentary cigars, a fine selection of scotch, and sport on the tele (ala LH FCT), now we're talking...

I've done 6 hours there, and that was too much. So that was probably a 7 hour connection.
2 to 2.5 in the SS would be my preference, but it also depends on time of day. My goal is usually to get a nice dinner in before a red-eye, so if I'm flying out at a time of day where I don't want dinner, I don't need as long.
