Nothing seems right on this topic at the best of times. IMHO.

That said, I've had that twice this year, flights posting on Altitude but not Aeroplan, or showing up on Aeroplan but not Altitude, or SE bonus not showing up at all for entire series of flights.

I notice there are a few other threads with topics like AQM and/or AQD etc not posting.

BTW, is this an AC metal flight? A codeshare or *A partner flight?

I would fill out the AC online form. Others may have additional suggestions.

Was there anything special about the flight/fare or was it a regular P fare? As 24left asked, the operating airline also matters.

AC operated. Two segments in P, both posting as 0 AQM and blank box for AQD.Connecting flight on *A partner posted, but always does so within 48 hours.
Always booked via the same TA; no previous issues.

So to update... I retrocredited the P fare and it posted as a Tango ticket

And so the headache of trying to get it to credit properly begins (dollars posted properly fortunately)...

I guess Aeroplan is referencing a fare class mapping from like 5 years ago when P was Tango. Must be their new time travel benefit.

Did a missing miles request on this and got the miles credited within 24 hours.

If you are going to go to that much effort, @WaytoomuchEurope, use 100% saturation/hardness/flow/weight/.../bbq on your brush, unless "has the ability to tilt their monitor into different light" isn't in your threat profile.

I wasn't sure where else to put this.

I'm sure it will get corrected, but I'm waiting for some flights from last week to post AQD so I checked this morning, and my AQD is now sitting at $0. I have a lot of spending to do!

Another question though - I understood there is a 250 mile minimum on *A flights. This has never happened for me. I have around a dozen flights (Intra-EU) that are posting at less. I must have misunderstood the rule - or do I file a complaint?

It's a 250 mile minimum, assuming you booked a fare that offers 100% AQM. If your fare only offers 25% AQM, like AC's Standard (Tango) fare domestically in Canada, then you'd receive 250 * 25% = 63 AQM.

It sometimes takes a while for AQD to post and sometimes they post and then balance goes to zero. No one knows why--just happens all the time (like to me this week, yesterday).

Yeah, like to me as well. AQD went from $40k+ to 0 overnight.

Must be part of that nightly "scheduled maintenance". Gotta love batch systems.

I didn't panic.

But I am expectantly watching my Amex account for that really big credit.
