I received my 2018 card already. It's the digital one, and it's in my iphone wallet already.

Why are folks so eager to get their package? It's not like the luggage tags you have now can't be used any longer :p

Well it does say I am E50K on AC Website now so I am just wondering why the agent still says I am E35K?

Jack's status is gifted, so it really shouldn't start until March.

Of course, AC often seems to bump people up early. Jack, have you tried taking your Aeroplan number off the reservation then putting it back on? That seems to be the trick people advise to get the new status to be reflected.

I've heard the switchover for moving up a level usually takes a couple of days for all the systems to sync up. Then there is the whole thing of when you booked the ticket, attached the status, etc etc.
