Suggested format for a wiki containing a quick summary of what's available and when at the various MLLs...

Summary of Meal Offerings and Times at MLLs

YYZ Domestic
Breakfast: 05:15 AM - 10:30 AM; (as of March 2018) oatmeal, yogurts, scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, bread, jam etc. As of Nov/Dec 2018: the usual oatmeal yogurt, bread, bananas, sometimes watermelon, cheese omelette, some sort of meat (e.g. sausage), some sort of roasted potato (from frozen)
Lunch: 11:00 AM - y:yy PM; 2 soups, small salad/vegetable offering (e.g. potato salad, kale and cranberry salad, edamame beans), margarita pizza (starting at 11:30), cookies, fruit
Dinner: x:xx PM - y:yy PM; quick description of food offerings
Outside meal times: tortillas, salsa, cookies, soups. PHOTOS
Alcohol available: 11:00 AM - y:yy PM/AM

Dinner:6:00 PM - 6:45 PM; macaron with crushed tomato sauce, sprinkled lightly with shredded white cheese and a few basil leaves
Outside meal times: tortillas, salsa of hummus (not both at same time), cookies; pretzels from 3:00 PM until 4:30 PM
Alcohol available: 11:00 AM - at least 10:00 PM

YVR Transborder

Thanks for the information! When I had the pleasure to spend half a day in the MLL in Jan., there definitely was a noticable "gap" between breakfast and lunch - great to hear if that's no longer the case. ^

I also wouldn't rule out that the breakfast times vary based on the exact departure time of the morning flights (e.g. I've seen a scheduled departure time of 9.20a.m./9.45a.m./10a.m./10.xxa.m. for AC873 FRA-YYZ).

When I often took 877 (last flight of the day), the FRA MLL never had anything substantial for dinner even at two hours prior to departure... glad to hear that has changed as well.

Correct - you're OT!

Now the question is, does YUL international or domestic have them?

YUL international had them briefly in 2017.
YUL domestic had a freezer that looked like it was about to be installed in 2017, but it never really got going.

YQB has HD minis and offers more than one flavour. That could be a nice idea for AC in the MLLs.

I specifically asked the server for the times, as I will be there again in two weeks before the FRA-YYC flight, after we get in fairly early from MUC. With the whole family and want to feed the kids before we get on board. But will check on the times again then.

Well, I was there around 11 and they brought out hot lunch food.

The information that they serve dinner from 3:30 to close is from the server, but yet unconfirmed.

What I found amusing at the YYZ dom is that once the ice cream runs out, they cart the entire freezer away. I guess that's so that those who missed the ice cream, and who aren't in the know, won't know what they missed!
