Dates in brackets indicate planned start of rouge service (either as a new route or replacing mainline service). ML placed before a date indicates the date that service is reverting to mainline.
All Airbus A319/A321 service is in the new Premium Rouge configuration with 2x2J seats. All other routes are Boeing 767-300ER aircraft in a 24J/258Y layout.
Airport codes in blue indicate that these routes are Boeing 767-300ER aircraft for all services.
Airport codes in red indicate that these routes are split between Boeing 767-300ER and Airbus services.
Airport codes in black indicate that these routes are Airbus aircraft for all services.
Routes are organized based on the established rouge bases of YYZ, YUL, YYC, and YVR

I am sure I read a news article somewhere about a AC exec 'musing' about changes as they would like to expand Rouge as it was proving to be profitable. Might have been a question/response on a earnings call but I cannot be sure.

I said should. My issue is I doubt AC will, at least not pro-actively which is what seems to have happened...
Given the majority of the population lives in the south, the option is flying over the border which also saves taxes. I've flown UA F (dom) before taking a stop in EWR because it was cheaper than AC Y, and I know I'm not alone.
I've flown almost 100% AC this year, spending a few extra $ to ensure I hit status. Irony is next year I'm probably only flying 10k miles so I won't get to use much from status and definitely won't make it again.

Otherwise, it's like saying I flew AC 787 F. Don't worry, I know it's not real F, or even marketed as F, but that's why I added "AC 787"

Dom flying there is basically little option. There are options for international/US flights. With US flight, Rouge preferred seats equal US airlines and I value my time to fly direct. Internationally, Rouge J is not good going to Europe, works coming home. Preferred Y on 767 are ok. Why add extra time to fly basically same seat.

My bad, I meant WS.
Assuming you mean WS (though it applies to both), but yes true.
My main WJ issues are having kids board before their preferred service, how I apparently get 2x23kg suitcases but 1x25kg suitcase caused chaos, the seat was too small, and the food sucked.
Now all that said, it was cheaper than AC. While I flew AC the next time, many will not.
