TPE-SIN-HKG one way with SQ in C, for 21000 miles + euro59.22 tax.
TPE-SIN SQ5805 is operated by EVA on B777-300ER
SIN-HKG SQ872 will be SQ flight on B777-200.
Whats your opinion of this combination? How is the SQ C class in B772?
How to know if A3 operator quota correctly the tax? Is there any online tool can help me with tax checking?

The ANA online tool will quote taxes IN MANY CASES and I suppose these should be about the same amount as you're seeing. The problem with that tool is that it seems unable to give online availability for certain itineraries (certain airline combinations). You could give it a try. Do a search to find how it works. TBH 59 Euro tax sounds like a pretty good deal - ANY redemption in Europe would cost at least twice that much in taxes. Does the 59 Euro include Aegean's 20 Euro booking fee or is that extra?
I asked how much I need to pay for the flight combination required, the answer was 59.22 euro.
He probably didn't fully understand me.
the booking fee is a must expense, isn't it?

Perhaps did a mistake and qouted half of the taxes (79/2≈39) because you booked a one way.

Does anyone know of a way to get round the 20 Euro A3 call centre fee when making an award redemption? If i request a certain award flight online, and then wait for them to call me and process it, will i have to pay the 20 Euro?

I don't believe there is a way. However, look at it a different way - are you really going to chance losing a great redemption because someone else grabs it before you get that call back for the sake of €20?

"That tool" is the holy grail for many FT'ers...
It has been dormant a few years after google aquired the software and ceased all development. Now they do do some bug fixing, since (some parts of) it powers google flightsearch
Anyway, trying just now I could get fares displayed on an ipad, needed to click twice on the price, since first click only showed some kind of tooltip
