I do wonder why I bother sometimes with Accor...Received the email today, click the link, webpage comes up, click the link, sign in, shows I am a member and then 'TA DA'

I signed up for this offer last week using the link at the start of this thread and successfully had confirmation I was registered.
Email from Accor received today inviting me to register for the offer.
When I double check todays email link having logged into my Accor account it says I'm now not registered but shows the option to sign up. If I try to sign up I simply get the same error message as above "You are not entitled to benefit from this offer".
However if I check the original link at the start of this thread it still says I am registered for the offer.
Is this a Accor IT fault on the latest link? Am a registered for the offer or not?
It would be helpful if the Accor Concierge could clarify the position.

Just a thought for those who can't register, have you tried the French site? Or some other country? Maybe give it a try to see if that works.

So is the maximum points we can get 16000?
I've already had one stay credited with 1000 points and have booked another 2 separate stays of 2 nights at different hotels.
I.e next stay credit of 5000 points
Last stay credit of 10000 points total 16000 points
Or will it be: next stay 5000 points
Last stay 4000 points total of 10000 points?
