Seems i failed to get the 2nd lot of the promotion.

with my case they didnt give me the 2nd bonus of 4000 points per say.
I was originally awarded 1316 points for the x4 promotion
on the 20th of August they gave another 3686 points as I complained.
So effectively they admitted I should at least get the bigger bonus of 4000 points instead of just 1316 points.
Still not overly pleased by it but its better than not have tried.
I only really hope they have another similar promotion before the end of this year.
Currently on 15500 points since my renewal so I am not doing that bad.
